I caught the ICE cyber crime
virus and PC won't allow me to restore it. As soon as the PC turns on it goes
right to the white screen. I select Safe Mode with Networking, the screen has
safe mode labels on it, it boots up to the user selection screen, then
immediately starts shutting down/rebooting. The reboot will not be in safe
mode, and the ICE screen comes up again. When the ICE screen is displayed, about
the only thing that can be done is to use the power switch to shut down.
